Good day. This is the hundredth episode of Mind Pilot. I can't believe we got this far. This is so exciting. So, first of all, thank you for listening to this podcast. I put a lot of love into this podcast. I think so much of all of you, first responders and your families. You give so much to your community and so much to your country. Those of you who are veterans, you're just amazing. And I'm so grateful that God has brought me into people's lives and given me the opportunity to work with all of you. So I hope you've gotten some useful information out of this podcast. I am going to start increasing the number of interviews that I do with different people. So if you guys have ideas, people you might want to hear or topics that you would like me to do, please contact us. The way you do that is you click the link at the top of the description and let us know what you think. If you ever have feedback, because it's important to me that this podcast is meaningful for all of you. And what may seem meaningful to me, I don't know, may not be meaningful to you. So let me know. But again, I just want to thank you so much for all you do and for continuing to sign up for this podcast. So today I want to do a really short visualization with you because we're moving into summer, and for some of you, that means your life is about ready to get really busy. So you've all heard me say, if you can take three to five minutes and cool your system down, you're gonna feel a lot better. So let's do a short visualization and we'll call it a day. Oh, session 100. So cool. Anyway, all right, shut your eyes, but not if you're driving. Shut your eyes. If you're driving, don't shut your eyes. And I want you to take a deep breath in for four, hold for four, exhale for four. One more time. Inhale four, hold four, exhale four. And I want you to walk out of wherever you're sitting in your mind, and I want you to start walking on a path. And you don't have to make it a path that you've ever been on. But on this path, it's so beautiful. And the weather's perfect, there's a slight breeze, it feels good. The sun's shining, but it's not too hot. The air's clear. You can see birds flying around. There's some flowers, it's green, it's beautiful. And this path is just it's an easy path. It's not an arduous path. It's not way up and down, it's just fairly flat, and you're just walking along and enjoying the scenery and looking around, thinking, man, this is so beautiful. I need to come back to this path. I can just feel all the tension just draining away from me. I feel so good. I feel my mind clearing. I feel my shoulders relaxing. I feel my back from top to lower back slowly relaxing. And I'm just walking along, enjoying the beautiful view and the beautiful weather, and I just feel at peace. My mind is just being still and letting go of anything that might be floating through it. You're just letting it go. And you look down a little hill and you see a slow moving river. And you just really love looking at that rip. And you realize that anything you really don't want in your mind, you could just toss it into the river and just watch it float on down. And then if another thing pops up that you don't want in your mind, toss it into the river. Just watch it flow down. Your mind is becoming lighter. You're feeling much more centered. Your shoulders are relaxed. Your neck is relaxed. You're breathing well. And you can just take a deep sigh. Let go. Just be in this moment on this path. Just enjoy this moment in time.
Speaker 1Just be still and allow yourself to feel good for a moment.
SpeakerAnd now you can either keep walking or you can open your eyes and go back to doing whatever you were doing.
Speaker 1But when you go back, you just feel very relaxed and centered. I hope you have a wonderful day.
SpeakerRemember, you have the right to heal. You have the right to enjoy life. You have the right to be treated with respect and dignity. You get to take care of you. If you're just enduring life, stop. Grab hold of life and make the changes you need to make. Reclaim your life. Search for that happiness. Set your life up so you can heal and so you can be happy. Don't be the walking wounded that so many first responders and veterans are. You can heal, but you have to choose it. I pray today that you choose it. I'm so honored that you have joined us today. God bless. Take care of yourself and learn to be happy. This is Dr. Jana from Mindpilot.
